We understand that having an estate sale and choosing the right company can be an overwhelming process with numerous questions. What should you keep or discard? What sells and what doesn’t? How should items be displayed and priced? How do you handle advertising? What happens with items that don’t sell? Can you even have an estate sale?
The answer to all those questions is Liquid Estates! Our highly-trained, knowledgeable, and friendly team will handle EVERYTHING for you, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
We conduct numerous sales each year, making us one of the premier estate sale companies in the region.
What to Expect at a Liquid Estates Sale:
- Professional Management: Our estate sales typically run for two days, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Sign-up sheets are posted at the front door (when permitted) at 7:00 am each sale day. Some items may be discounted on the second day.
- Flexible Options: For clients unable to host an estate sale at their residence due to homeowner association (HOA) restrictions or those with fewer items, we offer consignment at our indoor sale. We’ll advertise and market it just like a traditional in-house estate sale. Our warehouse is open seven days a week, allowing us to extend the sale duration if needed.
Advertising & Marketing:
We maximize foot traffic with aggressive and comprehensive advertising campaigns. Each sale is advertised across multiple platforms, including online, social media, digital, and print. High-quality photos and videos are featured on top estate sale websites (www.estatesales.net, www.estatesales.org, www.estatesale.com), Liquid Estates’ social media, YouTube, and weekly email notifications.
Staging and Setup:
Staging depends on the property and the assets to be sold. Once Liquid Estates is hired, a dedicated team leader and crew are assigned to your sale. We bring in our own tables and tablecloths to display all items beautifully. After staging, all items are photographed and priced, followed by extensive marketing campaigns.
Signage:
Everyone recognizes Liquid Estates’ directional street signs, which are strategically placed to maximize traffic to your sale.
Estate Sale Team Members:
Whether your sale is in a one-bedroom condo or a sprawling mansion, Liquid Estates ensures a sufficient number of team members on-site. This allows us to effectively manage the sale, provide exceptional customer service, and protect our clients’ assets.
Post-Sale Services:
We offer a post-sale clean-out service where we remove unsold items, donating or consigning whatever we can. Any items that cannot be donated or consigned will be discarded.
